By accessing the flownod platform ("Service"), you agree to abide by these Terms of Service. flownod is a private code architecting interface. Our focus is ensuring absolute intellectual property ownership for our users.
1. User Code Ownership
All executable logic, workflow maps, and connection credentials generated through flownod belong entirely to you. flownod claims zero ownership, license, or distribution rights over the automations you create. You are the sole architect of your platform pipelines.
2. Acceptable Use of Automation
You agree not to configure workflow nodes to execute malicious attacks, dispatch automated spam, bypass target server security headers, or violate any external service's Terms of Service (such as Slack, Discord, Google, or WhatsApp Business Policies).
3. Local Sandbox Execution
Since flownod runs locally and outputs standard Node.js structures, you are solely responsible for hosting, securing, and maintaining the runtime environment of your compiled files. flownod is not liable for runtime downtime, memory usage, or host billing.
4. Disclaimers & Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind. While our code compiler outputs clean, optimized JS architecture, you should review and dry-test all generated files in a staging environment before releasing them to live clusters.
5. Institutional Support
For service support, license keys verification, or technical feedback, feel free to reach our team at support@flownod.com.
